The Bay Area's own, Rich Tycoon, aka Filthy Rich and P.O. just released their breakout CD, Black Bizness. Check it...we know you will like it.

The CD is getting major play in Santa Cruz. The artist are making their rounds at the local spots in the east bay to promote the music. We are calling it the Rap LP of the month. Are you wearing the right color panties? 

Its a New Years Day tradition practiced by Mexicans. Many Mexican women believe when the New Year arrives at 12:00a.m they must be wearing red underwear if they are looking for love, yellow if they want money. Needless to say some want money and love so they decide to wear a red and yellow pair to cover their bases. We wonder how these old wives tales...so to speak get started. This is similar to African-Americans practice of cooking Black-Eye peas on New Years Eve (must be cooking at 12:00a.m.).   

We wonder what color the panties are during the rest of the year. We know Black-Eye peas are cooked at all times of the year.

Once again, the off-season is busy for the 49ers. A new Offensive Coordinator in Ron Martz along with new assistant offensive line coach and a few other changes that will not be mentioned here as yet.  They also need another quarterback, hopefully one with a little experience that will give Alex Smith and Shaun Hill a little competition in the new offense by Martz.
